How do you write a standard Research Methodology?

Take the steps of writing a business dissertation as an example:
1、Introduce the research design
Firstly, you need to clearly show the focus of this research, then around Methodology to say what research content and research methods will be involved in the methodology section, generally for the reader to explain why different methodologies will apply to the corresponding content.
2、Explain the research concept
Research philosophy is generally divided into three types.
Positivism.

Use rigorous data to verify the research hypothesis, often used to explain all kinds of social phenomena.
Interpretivism.

Use qualitative analysis to obtain a generally accepted conclusion, often used in humanities that cannot be explained by data.
Post Positivism.

The use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative analyses. This research philosophy is commonly used in business dissertations.
3. State the research approach and related processes
This step is to explain how you obtained the data. In business, if you want to obtain social data, you can often use qualitative research such as observation and survey interviews; if you need to obtain professional data, you usually use qualitative research such as mathematical modelling or measurement studies.
4.Analyse the data
You need to analyse the collected literature in detail, disassemble and describe the data, analyse and integrate them, and construct a clear research proposal.
