什么是reference
Reference本质上是参考文献的信息，例如作者、编者的姓名;出版地;出版时
间;期刊号等。
Reference一般出现在论文的两个地方:
在论文的主体中，就是我们常说的文内引用，citation;
在论文最后出现的文献列表，通常被称作References或者Bibliopgrahy.
哈佛引用格式
基本规则:
●每条文内引用通常包括作者的姓氏(只需Last Name)和出版年份。
●出版物名称，无论是书籍还是期刊，都要用斜体字。
●文内引用:若间接引用，格式为(作者姓氏,年份) ;直接引用，单页格式
为(作者姓氏,年份,p.)，多页格式为(作者姓氏,年份，pp. ##-##)。
●文末引用:和其他引用格式类似，所有的参考书目按照作者姓氏的字母顺
序排列。
第一步引用
做好论文引用格式的第一步是收集文献和仔细地记录笔记，记下每个文献的完整出版信息。
这些细节应该包括:
●作者的姓名;出版日期;文字标题;
●如果是期刊文章，则是期刊的标题和卷号;
●如果是一本书，记下书的标题和出版商和出版地;
●如果是书的某一个章节，记录第一页和最后页的页码。
●对于特别重要的要点或者逐字引用的部分文本，还要记录页码。
文献列表
期刊文章
Last name, First initial. (Year published). Article title. Journal, Volume (Issue), Page(s).
举例:
Ross, N. (2015). On Truth Content and False Consciousness in Adorno’s Aesthetic Theory.
Philosophy Today, 59(2), pp. 269-290. Dismuke, C. and Egede, L. (2015). The lmpact of Cognitive, Social and Physical Limitations or

需要包括期刊的名称和期刊号，而不需要包含出版商和出版地。
另外，使用斜体的应该是和期刊名，而不是文章标题。
书籍
Last name, First initial. (Year published). Title.Edition. (Only include the edition if it is not the first edition) City published: Publisher, Page(s).
举例:
Dahl, R. (2004). Charlie and the chocolate factory. 6th ed. New York: Knopf.
Vermaat, M., Sebok, S., Freund, S., Campbell, J.and Frydenberg, M. (2014). Discovering Computers. Boston: Cengage Learning,

引用的文献信息应该包括:作者的姓氏和名字或缩写;出版日期;书名;出版地;出版商的名称。
注意书名应该使用斜体。
当引用的书籍有多位作者时，在文献列表中应该列出所有作者的名字。这一点需要和文内引用作区分。
网络资源

如果没有列出网页作者，则使用以下的格式:

文内引用
如果作者是两位或者是三位时，需要列出所有作者的姓氏。当有多位作者时，通常会给出第一作者的姓氏，然后加上et al.。
两位作者
“A range of values can express emotion, too. Stark, high-contrast drawings may carry a strong emotional charge” (Lazzari and Schleiser, 2011,p.66).
三位作者
“Rather than constantly seeking approval from others, try to seek approval from the person whc matters the most – yourself” (Bardes, Shelley and Schmidt, 2011, p.99).
多位作者
Potter et al. (2013, p.101) go on to explain that “among the most Catholic Filipinos, parents keep the newborn inside the home until after the baptism to ensure the baby’s health and protection.”
