International students are often at risk of losing their hair when faced with the rigorous task of writing a dissertation, especially when the large amount of text and complex data analysis requirements are stressful. Writing such research-based dissertations is tantamount to self-overthrow and upliftment, and failure to maintain a high level of tension makes it difficult to complete the task. Therefore, we have developed a guide to writing a dissertation that contains detailed explanations of each part of the dissertation. This guide is like a handbook that you can flip through at any time. It is divided into the following twelve chapters:
1. writing the research proposal;
2. Getting Started; 3;
3. background information; 4. theoretical foundations; 5;
4. the theoretical foundation; 5. the presentation of research results; and
5. Presentation of research results;
6. discussion and conclusion;
7. introduction and acknowledgement
8. literature review and tools;
In addition, we have prepared a timeline for you to write the entire UK postgraduate dissertation, so please adjust it according to your personal progress. A clear study timeline is suggested as follows:
1. In February to March, choose a research area you are passionate about and familiar with, read the relevant literature in depth, and decide on a research topic. 2;
2. In April to May, refine your research proposal, report regularly on your progress and apply for ethical approval;
3. After obtaining ethical approval, start collecting data;
4. from June to August, refine the content of the research proposal, solve difficult problems and collect valid data;
5. in September, review the study data comprehensively for final re-examination.
