Three Key Steps to Writing a Study Abroad Essay

1. design a clear article structure: use a three-step approach (introduction, body and conclusion) to build the entire article.

2. the Introduction section

● Occupies 10% of the total mark;

● Engage the reader by clearly describing the main ideas and previewing subsequent body paragraphs;

It should include an exploration of the issue, an answer to the question, and a writing plan.

3. Body Part

80% of the total word count of the essay;

● Choose a logical number of paragraphs and a corresponding number of arguments based on the word count, e.g., a 2,000-word essay should contain three paragraphs, each corresponding to one argument, and a 4,000-word essay should contain four to seven paragraphs, each with an agenda of five arguments;

● Evidence support should list all arguments in detail for derivation, including explanations of ideas, reinforcement of examples, and references to literature.

4. Conclusion

● Sequence of questions, answers, and values. Conclude by reiterating the question posed at the beginning, elaborating on the answer, and explaining the significance of the paper.
