If the professors knew about this, they would be shocked and dumbfounded! But, just kidding, the INTRODUCTION is really the beginning part of the paper, and although it is not very long, it is very important to write it well.
Many students struggle with the introduction piece when writing their dissertations.
Today, I am going to share with you the high scoring writing tips and example sentences for introduction, hope it can help you!

Firstly, we clearly state the main idea of the paper in the INTRODUCTION and briefly introduce some relevant background knowledge. It doesn’t need too much, 1-2 sentences are enough. You can explain some terminology, keywords and special symbols at the beginning, and then give background information in one more sentence to highlight the importance of the topic we are going to discuss.

Next, we want to describe the current level of research and problems.
Don’t delay, 2-4 sentences are enough. Then, point out the research gaps that need to be filled and explain clearly in one sentence what the problem is, why it is important to study it, and how important it is.

When presenting the literature review, we can briefly review the relevant research literature. One can mention the background papers we have referred to and point out the shortcomings of these papers.

Assemble a brief and clear statement of the objectives of the paper in the introduction. The objective should not be too wordy, 1-2 sentences will do. Our goal is to fill in the research gaps, solve the jue problem, and provide a clear discussion.

As the beginning of the paper, introduction, not many words. But you really have to write it with some level of sophistication. The professor will give you 30+ points if you write a 6, and you can’t be sloppy about it! The first thing you need to do is to get your hands dirty. Tell the professor the objective of the research and the expected results, so that he or she can see at a glance what method the author used and why he or she used it.
