1、表示感谢
因为上诉的权利是由你的大学提供的。所以首先需要表明你对提供这个机会的感激之情。如果有明确的负责人员的话可以直接写明“致某某老师”
2、 说明原因
在要求给予第二次机会之前，要明确表明你是由于什么原因而导致你的错误，原因一定要合情合理。不能用“我忘了截止日期”，“学习 压力大等这类原因。
像是健康原因或者你最近遭受某种重大变化导致的心理问题等。
3、表明决心
要说明你接下来的打算，在面临同样的情况你会怎样做来防止事情再次发生，你得到机会之后会怎样改正自己的错误等等。
4、不将原因归咎于他人
有可能是由于老师的失误或者其他并非是你主导的理由就将错误怪罪于其他人，尤其是将错误推给你的导师，学校。
可以陈述事实，但也要注意说话的技巧。
5、 保持谦逊
整篇信件要保持谦逊，明确自己想要改正的决心，同时要感谢学校可以考虑你的请求，无论结果如何。

I followed the POE route of assessment. Today I received my Alevel results (A* in Maths I Physics IFurther Math, but B in Chemistry) where my chemistry result is so far away from what my school and I was be expecting, and this
would strongly affect my admission to Cambridge.
According to my AS Chemistry results (92/100) and academic ranking as No.1 in our cohort, my school and I were both expecting an A” for me in chemistry.
My predicted grade given by chemistry head teocher is olso Ar. So the POE results of B in chemistry is very out of blue.I am wondering if there is any similor situotion among other students following the POE route.
I hove met the Math/Physics/Further Math conditions os well as the given languoge requirements. Meanwhile, my school is contocting the CAIE exom board as well to dispute for my results.I have worked really hard for the past
two years to achieve my dream to study in Cambridge. Especially during the Covid period, 1 have never stopped working hard. And I really hope that l could get a foir evoluotion for my performance.

切记包含好自己的个人信息，如名字，生日和ucas ID;
不要照搬哦，重复一样的argue信 会让admission反感;
如果有extenuating circumstances (如受到疫情影响、生病等)可以在申诉信中写明;
注意提供evidence,表达CAIE成绩和自己的平时表现不符，无法体现自己的水平;
语气一定要礼貌谦虚，切忌夸大其词，appreciate,thanks, if possible, it would be really helpful if you
could这种词汇可以多用，不能rude;真情实感，诉说自己对这个programme有多喜欢，自己的CAIE成绩和平时成绩真的不符。
